Asanda LDN, also known as Neelam, is a deep house DJ (London-based, Indian roots) inspired by the sounds of South Africa, after a trip to Eastern Cape in 2017 changed the course of her musical trajectory for good.
Asanda LDN digs out tracks which deserve audiences to move to the magic of producers on the ground who feel music in their souls. She hopes to deliver a similar energy honouring deep house sounds in its roots and recognising the sacredness of coming together to heal through music.
As of November 2024, Asanda LDN launched the weekly radio show ‘Daring Deeply’ on EXT radio, creating a space for DJs who courageously share the devotion to the authenticity of their sound, amidst an increasingly commercialised space.
